7-mila cross country skii race

Prestigious and challenging, the 70-km race is suitable for keep-fitters, the super fit and top skiers! The 70-km relay and the 40-km ladies’ races are run on the same day.

7-mila is is northern Sweden’s longest and biggest cross country skii race. It is generally considered to be tougher than the world famous Vasaloppet.

Started in 1964 by legendary skier Assar Rönnlund, our 70-km race is staged jointly by 5 clubs and three municipalities. Thanks to the 10 service stations along the way, “exercise skiers” can also take part at their own pace. For females of all ages, there is the Tjej-Mila, a 40-km race starting in Botsmark and also finishing in Robertsfors.
